Shop bot-orgs that help shops ship CNC + weld jobs
A Done-with-you bot org for fab shops — not a single chatbot. ShopChief runs Mission Contracts; specialists own the paper trail from intake to fit-up so your crew spends time on the floor, not in the inbox.
What it is
Named seats. Mission Contracts. Shop-floor deliverables.
CNCbots stands up a ShopChief-led org with specialists for cut plans, file packs, quote drafts, travelers, and fit-up notes. Plasma and weld depth reuse PLASMAbot / WELDbot under ShopChief — not parallel SKUs.
Who it’s for
Roster
What’s in the box
ShopChief leads. Specialists draft. You keep the keys.
Name note: Seat WELDbot (singular) inside CNCbots is a reuse specialist for weld QA vocab/checklists — it is not the future WELDbots by BOTcorps product package.

From intake to fit-up drafts
Stand up the org
DIY from docs, or we stand up ShopChief + seats with you (Done-with-you).
Mission Contracts
ShopChief routes jobs; specialists own cut, file, quote, traveler, and fit-up drafts.
You gate what matters
You own signed prices, the table, customer contact, and publish. Managed tiers: you (buyer operator) gate send / cut / spend / publish.
Crew stays on the floor
Less time chasing files and travelers — more time cutting, fitting, and welding.
Trust gates
Honest boundaries
- Quotebot = estimates ≠ legal bids. Material / time / margin drafts only. You (or your estimator) own the signed number that goes to the customer.
- WELDbot ≠ credentials. Defect vocab and QA checklists only — not certified inspection. Seat WELDbot ≠ product WELDbots.
- You own the floor and the customer. Run the table, contact customers, publish listings, ship product.
- Separate BOTcorps lines. ScanSpect (inspection / weld-QA) and CYBERbot (Etsy metal/files) are not this package. WELDbots is a reserved future product — not included here.
FAQ
Common questions
Is this just ChatGPT with shop words?
No. It’s a ShopChief-led org with named seats, Mission Contracts, and handoffs so cut / file / quote / traveler work doesn’t stall in one chat.
Do I buy PLASMAbot and WELDbot separately?
No. In this package they’re reused specialists under ShopChief — not extra SKUs. Seat WELDbot (checklists/vocab) is not the future WELDbots product package.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
DIY $129 — you install from docs. Done-with-you $1,497 — we stand it up with you (lead / anchor). Done-with-you Pro $2,497 — DWY + one sample job dry-run + 14-day setup drafts. Managed Starter $1,997/mo — we run the org; you (buyer operator) gate send / cut / spend / publish. Managed Shop $3,497/mo — Managed + monthly template refresh + priority ShopChief queue.
Is Quotebot a legal bid?
No. Material / time / margin drafts only. You (or your estimator) own the number that goes to the customer.
How is CNCbots different from ScanSpect or WELDbots?
CNCbots is the shop ops bot-org. ScanSpect is BOTcorps’ inspection / weld-QA platform (own line). WELDbots is a reserved future product line — not this offer. They don’t share claims or landing copy.
What do I still have to do myself?
Run the machine, approve final prices, contact customers, publish listings, ship physical goods, and any certified inspection. See What you still do.
Will this replace my welder or operator?
No. It drafts the ops paper trail so humans spend time cutting, fitting, and welding — not chasing files and travelers.
Who is this under?
BOTcorps (parent). Product: CNCbots by BOTcorps.
Ownership
What you still do
The package stands up a shop bot-org and playbooks. Humans keep the floor, the money, and the customer.
| You still own | Why |
|---|---|
| Final price / signed bid | Quotebot drafts estimates only |
| Customer contact | Bots may draft; you (or your team) send |
| Publish (site, Etsy, social, ads) | Never auto-posted by the package |
| Cutting on the table | PLASMAbot advises; your operator runs the machine |
| Welding / fit authority | FitUp + WELDbot checklists ≠ credentials |
| Photos & listing truth | Your shop’s reality |
| Shipping / packing physical | Product can define pack criteria; you execute |
| Spend (material, ads, tools, cloud) | Your approval |
| ERP / accounting systems | Not in the box |
| Certified inspection | Stays human / licensed — never claimed by bots |
Rule of thumb: If it moves metal, moves money, or talks to a customer — that’s still you. If it’s drafts, checklists, and routing — that’s the org.
What the package does take off your plate: intake routing · estimate worksheets · clean file packs · nest/cut-plan drafts · travelers · fit-up note drafts · clear seat handoffs under ShopChief.
